What are the school timings?
School timings vary slightly by branch and level, but generally our sessions run from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM for primary classes and 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM for secondary classes. Morning yoga and assembly precede academic sessions daily.
Is yoga a part of the curriculum?
Yes! Yoga and mindfulness are an integral part of the RDB Wellness Programme. Daily morning yoga sessions are conducted for all students as part of our commitment to holistic physical, mental, and emotional development.
