Section 01

School Admission Discipline & Regulations

Welcome to the RDB Educational Group ecosystem. Admissions across our branches (including RDB Academy and RDB Sr. Sec. School) are bound tightly by the rules set down by the Management Board.

1.1 Verification Integrity

All data supplied during enrollment including age proofs, transfer transcripts, and address histories must be completely accurate. If any document is discovered to be fraudulent, forged, or altered at any point, the management retains the absolute right to terminate the student's admission immediately without notice or recourse.

1.2 Payment Timelines & Enrollment Activation

A seat allocation remains purely provisional until the complete admission inventory fees are settled. Failure to deposit baseline registration balances within the declared administrative window will automatically invalidate the selection entry, routing the seat to the waiting list roster.

Section 02

Institutional Fee & Refund Policy

Our refund computations conform systematically to current institutional frameworks and regulatory guidelines. The timeline parameters evaluate requests strictly against the formally announced academic session start date.

Time Window (Notice Submissions) Eligible Refund Rate Processing Deductions
15 Days or more BEFORE session start 100% Max ₹1,000 Handling Fee
Less than 15 Days BEFORE session start 90% Nil
Within 15 Days AFTER session start 80% Nil
Between 16 to 30 Days AFTER session start 50% Nil
Beyond 30 Days AFTER session start 0% Full Academic Dues Retained

2.1 Caution Money & Clearances

Institutional Security Deposits and Caution Money components are 100% refundable at any active lifecycle junction, independent of the session timelines above. Payout processing remains contingent on an authenticated "No-Dues Clearance Profile" stamped by the laboratories, library, and sports facility managers.

Crucial Regulatory Provision: RDB Educational Group explicitly strictly enforces a zero-retention policy for physical certificates. Original documents are processed exclusively for real-time authentication and are returned immediately. Under no scenario will physical credentials be held hostage to resolve outstanding billing items.
Section 03

Behavioral Discipline & Campus Codes

Maintaining a safe, rigorous, and respectful ecosystem constitutes a non-negotiable cornerstone across all RDB campus boundaries.

3.1 Zero-Tolerance Directives

Any confirmed engagement in the following prohibited behaviors results in an immediate suspension protocol, pending a formal board review for permanent expulsion:

  • Anti-Ragging Violations: Any behavior, speech, or action meant to tease, treat with rudeness, or handle others with harshness will be met with immediate expulsion and standard legal action.
  • Substance Bans: The possession, trade, or consumption of intoxicating items inside school walls or on transport units is strictly forbidden.
  • Vandalism: Any purposeful damage to institutional hardware, machinery, structures, or properties must be financially paid for in full by the responsible party's parents or guardians.

3.2 Digital Assets & Mobile Infrastructure

Unauthorized smartphones, consumer electronics, or personal gaming assets are strictly banned within operational classroom areas. Found items will be safely held by the supervisor desk and released exclusively to a parent or registered guardian.

Section 04

Attendance & Academic Compliance

Consistent, active classroom participation is central to the academic rigor expected across all branches of RDB Educational Group.

4.1 Minimum Attendance Threshold

Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance during the academic year to be eligible to sit for final promotional examinations. Exceptions are granted only under verified medical scenarios or approved representations of the school in external events.

4.2 Leave Application System

All absences must be documented through the parent dashboard or verified via written application within 24 hours of return. Unexcused absence expanding past 14 continuous days without notification will trigger an auto-withdrawal evaluation flag.
